Commission process

From request to final files.

Each commission starts with clear references and an agreed quote, then moves through sketch approval, final payment, and digital delivery.

Inquiry and quote

Send your request, references, character details, mood or pose ideas, intended use, preferred tier, and deadline if any. Sim confirms the final price, payment method, timeline, and any extra fees before work begins.

Deposit and sketch

Work starts after the 30% deposit is received. The sketch or rough concept is where major changes should happen. The terms include 2 sketch-stage revisions and 1 minor final adjustment.

Final payment and delivery

The remaining 70% is paid after final preview approval and before unwatermarked final files are delivered. Delivery is usually a high-resolution flattened PNG or JPG, unless another format was agreed.
